Current Status
All Omkaarya systems are operational. We monitor platform health 24/7 and post updates here for any incidents or scheduled maintenance.
Uptime & Performance
Omkaarya targets 99.9% monthly uptime. Our infrastructure runs on enterprise cloud providers with redundant database clusters and automated failover.
- API response time target: <200ms for 95th percentile
- Database backup: every 6 hours, retained for 30 days
- Point-in-time recovery available for up to 7 days
Scheduled Maintenance
Planned maintenance windows are scheduled on Sundays between 2:00 AM – 4:00 AM IST when traffic is lowest. We will send advance notice via email and WhatsApp to all active temple administrators at least 48 hours before any maintenance that may affect availability.
Incident History
No incidents in the last 90 days. All systems have been running normally.
